Q: What are your boarding vaccine requirements?

A: All pets utilizing our facilities must be current on their vaccinations for:

- DHPP (Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvovirus/Parainfluenza)

- Leptospirosis

- Rabies

- Canine Influenza (CIV) (Both H3N8 and H3N2)

- Bordetella, or Kennel cough (new requirement for 2020)

All pets will be checked for fleas and ticks during our pre-entry exam, and treated if any are detected. Fees will apply accordingly.

Q: What types of exotic animals do you see?
A: We specialize in birds, exotic mammals, reptiles, and amphibians of all sorts. We also see the occasional pet fish or tarantula. If you are unsure whether your pet fits into those categories, please contact us and ask!
Q: Are there any animals you do not see?

A: Due to the size of our facilities, we cannot accommodate horses, cows, goats, or any other large farm animals.

Q: Do you care for ducks, geese, chickens, and other farm birds?
Yes, we do!
